Monthly prices cover Retriever software only. Setup, hardware and card processing are separate and agreed after the readiness check. Finance-system replacement, accounting compliance and tax filing are not included.

If Retriever is not the right fit, tell us within 30 calendar days of your agreed go-live date and we will refund the Retriever subscription fees you have paid.

What it covers

The Retriever subscription fees paid during the first 30 days from the agreed go-live date.

What remains separate

The guarantee does not cover clearly agreed one-off setup, bespoke work or third-party charges. Access ends when the refund is completed.
