01. The Autonomous AI Agent Suite: "Talk to Your Business"

Our core philosophy for the modern pub is simple: Talk to your business. We have fully integrated a suite of specialized, conversational AI agents to handle the heavy lifting and operational friction across every single department.

• The APEX Procurement Engine:Retriever’s autonomous supply-chain layer. It seamlessly ingests live catalogs from regional suppliers via automated web scraping and PDF extraction. The "Switch & Save" feature proactively scans your inventory and compares it to live supplier pricing, flagging cheaper equivalent products for single-click approval.
• The Retriever Omni-Copilot:A global voice and text assistant embedded throughout the operational dashboard. Powered by our "Synthetic Knowledge Base", it can instantly surface complex P&L metrics, read out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and rapidly navigate you through the application.
• The Voice Booking Agent:An autonomous reservation assistant capable of fielding live telephone calls and text messages. It uses rigorous Tetris-packing logic to find the optimal table assignments and automatically books covers straight into your diary.
• The Stock-Take Agent:A specialized mobile AI designed for line cooks and bar staff to execute rapid, 100% hands-free stock counts using only their voice, completely eliminating clipboards and manual data entry.
• The Chef Voice Agent:An intelligence layer placed directly on the Kitchen Display System (KDS). It reads out incoming tickets, manages the digital prep list, and alerts the pass to ticket time breaches or VIP dietary requirements.

02. The Omnibar (Global Command Palette)

High-Speed Navigation: We’ve introduced the global Omnibar. You can now press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere in the application to instantly open a search bar. Use this to rapidly jump between pages, open SOPs, or locate inventory items without lifting your hands from the keyboard.

03. Dashboard "Zen Mode"

We received your feedback! The dashboard is your operational hub, and it needed to be clear and distraction-free.

• Calm Operations: We eradicated all distracting pulsing, pinging, and bouncing animations from the Live Labour Widget, Business Health overview, and Temperature status indicators. The dashboard is now perfectly calm.
• Prioritized Views: The dashboard now defaults directly to the Performance tab rather than Live Ops, putting critical financial data front and center.
• Intelligent P&L: By default, the P&L report now opens specifically on "Today’s" view.

04. Booking Management Hub

Centralized Control: To improve operational workflow, we relocated business-critical settings (Closeouts, Promotions, and Pre-Orders) out of the personal user profile. They now live in a dedicated, high-visibility "Booking Settings" hub inside the Reservations dashboard.

Invoice Ingestion Pipeline Fixed

• The "Master Chips" Null-Date Bug: We resolved a critical database constraint error causing the pipeline to crash when reading dates from fragmented invoices. Invoices from April 2nd/3rd stuck in the backlog have now been successfully ingested.
• Agent Health Monitor: Added real-time visibility into the polling agent's status directly on the invoice interface.

Rogue Items Resolution

Seamless Navigation: Fixed the friction around fixing unlinked ingredients. Clicking an unmapped item in the "Rogue Items" report now automatically routes you directly to the inventory management interface, pre-filtering for that specific item.

Wastage Report Recalculations

Accurate "Lost Revenue": Fixed a visualization bug where compound Square POS meal items (like burgers) were incorrectly summating the retail values of individual ingredients instead of the macro meal. "Lost Revenue" is now 100% accurate.
